This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking. The enquiry form doesn't send anything to us by itself: it opens a ready-written email in your own mail app, and nothing is sent until you press send.

Why we may have contacted you
We supply tailored uniforms and corporate wear. We contact people in their professional role when their organisation looks like one that might need what we do.
What we hold
Your name, job title, work email address and work phone number; your organisation's name, address and company details; and public information about your organisation (for example news on its website). We don't hold personal or sensitive information about you.
Where it came from
Public sources: Companies House, your organisation's website, professional and trade directories, and public news. We also use contact-finding services that identify likely work email addresses. Each record notes its source.
Our lawful basis
Legitimate interests: promoting our services to businesses that may need them. We've assessed that this is balanced against your interests, and you can object at any time. For email, we only contact limited companies and other corporate bodies without consent, as UK rules (PECR) allow.
How we use it
To research whether our services fit your organisation, to contact you (by up to three emails, or a letter or a call), and to keep a record of our conversation. We use software, including AI tools, to research public information and draft messages. A person at Clare Corporate reviews them before they're sent. We don't make automated decisions about you.
Who we share it with
Only service providers who handle it for us under contract: email and CRM software (Google, Instantly, HubSpot), automation (Make), AI (Anthropic), contact-finding and email-verification services, and our printing and posting service (Stannp). Some are based outside the UK. Where they are, appropriate safeguards are in place. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
If we don't end up working together, we delete it within 24 months of our last contact. If you ask us not to contact you, we keep only the minimum (your email or organisation and the date) on a "do not contact" list, so we can make sure we never contact you again.
Your rights
You can object to us contacting you at any time, and we'll stop straight away. Just reply to any message or email sales@clarecorporate.com. You can also ask to see, correct or delete your information. If you're unhappy with how we've handled it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
